Kristina Beaufort

Kristina Beaufort is a private art collector with a professional background in the art and luxury sector. She previously worked with a company specialising in the acquisition and sale of fine art, jewellery, luxury goods, antiques and decorative arts, where she contributed particularly to the development of its Eastern European art offering.

Together with her husband, Joan Beaufort, she has developed the JKB Collection, which focuses on Russian and European painting from the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The collection places particular emphasis on the Russian avant-garde, Soviet realism, French Impressionism and the École de Paris. It brings together internationally recognised museum artists with respected academic and regional painters, reflecting a collecting philosophy that values historical significance, artistic quality and individual visual expression.

The JKB Collection is now expanding into contemporary and digital art. Building on its historical foundations, this new direction explores how today's artists engage with technology, networks, digital culture and emerging forms of image-making. Through this evolution, the collection continues its investigation of artistic continuity and transformation, connecting the cultural legacies of the past with the creative possibilities of the twenty-first century.
